Balancing Instructions
Printing Journal
Troubleshooting
 

 

• Press the <1> and the <Blue> Key simultaneously
   
• Select <Management function> (button on the top, right side of screen)
   
• Enter Password
   
• Press <OK>
   
• Select <Journal>
   
• Select <Print Journal> (which will print entire journal)
   
• While journal is printing the screen will read: JOURNAL PRINTING PLEASE WAIT
   
• After the journal is printed,
   
• Press <Clear Journal>, Only clear the Journal after the entire Journal is printed
   
• The screen will read: CLEARING JOURNAL DO YOU WISH TO CONTINUE?
   
• Select <Yes, clear>
   
• The screen will read CLEARING JOURNAL PLEASE WAIT
   
• Select <Exit>
   
• Select <Customer Transactions>
   
• The screen will read: PLEASE WAIT
   
• The Welcome Screen will come up and the unit is ready for transactions
