Occasionally transactions performed at an ATM may be disputed by the cardholder. As a value added service, AmericaOne will handle the documentation of the dispute and complete any applicable reimbursement forms at no charge to you. To verify any suspect account debits, AmericaOne will review the ATM journal record. All appropriate refunds will be credited to the settlement account.

The procedures for these disputes are regulated by the Federal Government and are located in FDIC Regulation E.
